You can place an order by selecting the desired product and adding it to your shopping cart. Once you've finished shopping, go to your cart and proceed to checkout.

We accept UPI and all major credit and debit cards (RyPay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order.

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at immediately after placing your order.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for more information.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged products. We will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Yes, we take great pride in the authenticity and quality of our pooja products. All our items are sourced from reputable suppliers and manufacturers, many of whom we've had long-standing relationships with.

Yes we do. But currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.
